Become a Wholesaler

If you would like to open a wholesale account please fill out our Wholesale Application.

Once your completed application is received we will review your physical store location to ensure the zip code is not protected. Because we strive for uniqueness, we prefer to limit the stores we sell to within a zip code. Zip code exclusivity is given once a buyer has met and maintained a minimum of $2000 in semi-annual sales each fiscal year. For new stores to qualify for zip code exclusivity the opening order must be $1500 or more. If there is no stores that qualify for exclusivity in the region, we will review the rest of your application for approval.

TERMS

The wholesale opening minimum is $500, with no reorder minimums thereafter. To maintain wholesale status, $1000 annual sales must be maintained. Orders must be submitted with a valid credit card that we will securely keep on file. Payment may be processed within two weeks of shipment. If you prefer to pay by check we must receive payment in full prior to shipment of goods. No terms are offered.

SHIPPING

Completed orders are shipped via FedEx (unless otherwise requested).  We do our best to ship as close to the estimated shipping date as we can, but it is not guaranteed. Our lead time for Wholesale Orders is generally 4-6 weeks, but if you need an order on a specific date you must confirm it with us. Occasionally we will backorder a piece if we believe it is holding up the rest of the order. If you do not accept backorders, please note when placing the PO. Orders under $500 are assessed a 19% Shipping & Handling Fee, all orders $500 and over are assessed a 16% Shipping & Handling fee. If shipping on the Receiver's FedEx or USPS account, a 6% Packing & Handling fee will be charged to cover cost of packing materials. We are happy to Drop Ship to a customer upon request and assess a 10% Drop Ship Fee, in addition to any additional shipping charges.
